Refund Policy

At LIU HJG LED Store, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and returns are accepted.

Return Window

Customers can request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after 7 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Refund

A refund will be considered under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged or defective
  • The product received is different from what was ordered
  • The product arrived with damaged or tampered packaging

Products that have been used, installed, or modified after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

How to Request a Refund

To raise a return or refund request, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Your request must include the following:

  • Photograph of the product clearly showing the damage or defect
  • Photograph of the outer and inner packaging
  • Proof of Delivery (POD) — the delivery receipt or courier acknowledgement
  • Order number from your confirmation email

We strongly advise customers to inspect the package at the time of delivery. If you notice any visible damage, tampering, or signs of pilferage, please note it on the courier POD before accepting the delivery and contact us immediately.

Return Shipping

  • Damaged or defective products: Return shipping will be arranged and covered by LIU HJG LED Store
  • Other return requests: Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer

Refund Process

Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and is verified for damage or defect:

  • Refund will be initiated within 3 to 5 working days
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of placing the order

If the customer wishes to receive the refund in a different bank account, updated bank details must be sent via email to liuhjgledstore@gmail.com before the refund is processed.

Refund Timeline

After the refund is initiated by LIU HJG LED Store:

  • UPI and wallets: 1 to 3 working days
  • Debit and credit cards: 3 to 7 working days
  • Net banking: 3 to 5 working days

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be processed in the following cases:

  • Return request raised after 7 days of delivery
  • Product shows signs of physical damage caused after delivery
  • Product has been installed, used, or tampered with
  • Incorrect product information provided by the customer at the time of ordering
  • Damage caused due to improper installation

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipment only. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at +91 9873 989626 or liuhjgledstore@gmail.com with your order number.
