What is LIU HJG LED STORE 15 Day Return Policy?

An order can be cancelled before it is confirmed by LIU HJG LED STORE. Once the order is confirmed, a customer can raise a request for cancellation by contacting LIU HJG LED STORE.

Orders which require any kind of customization/alteration or orders placed on special request with prior confirmation from the buyer cannot be cancelled. In case such orders are cancelled, the buyer will bear the entire cost incurred by LIU HJG LED STORE and/or its supplier. Refund will be initiated to the buyer after necessary deductions.

How do I cancel my order?

Customer will have to call us at 9999779740 or send an email to liuhjgledstore@gmail.com to request order cancellation.

If emailed, a Customer Service Associate from LIU HJG LED STORE will get in touch with you within 24 hours. Upon verification, they will assist you with the order cancellation.

What’s the cancellation fee?

There are no cancellation fees if an order is cancelled before it is confirmed by LIU HJG LED STORE.

Can LIU HJG LED STORE cancel my order?

LIU HJG LED STORE reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice.

If you have made full or partial payment, the amount will be refunded to your account within 3 working days from approval of the refund. Please note that it may take an additional 3–7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

Exceptions to Return Policy

The following exceptions apply:

Limited stock items will not be replaced or returned
All items must be unused and in original condition
Products must have original tags and packaging intact
Products with a seal will not be returned if the seal is broken
If a product includes a free gift, the free item must also be returned
LIU HJG LED STORE will not be liable for products returned by mistake
If an incorrect item is returned, LIU HJG LED STORE is not responsible for replacement or return of that item
If a product is purchased by mistake, the customer must bear the shipping cost for replacement or refund
Only damaged or defective products are eligible for replacement/refund
Approval is subject to verification after the product reaches the warehouse
